Large apartments in leafy suburban red-brick Victorian house. Nice place , Less than 5 minutes to city center.
Its an old building and has signs of wear and tear. Furnishing and carpets not 5 star.
The living room area was fab, great tv and the iPod docking station was a great surprise. The bed was lovely and comfy too. Dining table and decor in living and bedroom.
This place could be amazing with a few tweaks here and there. Its very good at the min. First off, no one answered the number provided for enquiries once you arrive. The kitchen, bathroom and hall were not 5 star standard by any means plus the cleanliness of the bathroom wasn't great (a lot of hairs in the bath and floor and no loo paper). The hallway had an old curtain hiding a storing area. The kitchen equipment was dated looking but did the trick.
The apartment was in a lovely area. Plenty off road parking. Plenty of nice soft towels in bathrooms. Very spacious. Spotless oven!
The actual apartment on the web site looked nothing like what we got! The place was functional, but certainly not 5 star. The washing machine and tumble dryer did not work, every cup in the kitchen was chipped, the carpet on the stair was loose. I know it was only four steps but caused quite a fall! Electric sockets in hall need repairing, Key to actual apartment dodgy, had to call for help to get in, was told just to wiggle key!
Climbing up 2 to3 flight of stairs with suitcases.
The apartments are spacious and the owners are making a good attempt to upgrade the accomodation.
The cleanliness of the carpets was poor. There was noise from other tenants in the building. This appears to be a common occurence due to the notices posted in the apartments requesting that complaints of noise be reported at any time night or day to the manager.
how comfy and cozy our room was
nope, it was great, planning to stay again. thank you
Greeted at car door by hotel staff with umbrella as it was raining- Attention to detail made us feel valued as customers. The apartment was beautifully presented with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Overall, we would recommend Victoria Apartments to anyone wanting to stay in Belfast City.
Loved the apartments, so nice and really comfortable, staff was very friendly and chatty!
The oven equipment wasn't that clean.
Nothing the staff is very rude, also is no clean properly, very far from the centre.....
staff was very accomodating and pleasant, apartment was very good and clean
The apartment was was bigger than I expected, full kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, seperate large sitting room ect. It was nice and clean and like a home away from home
Its very noisy, maybe it was extremely rude guests upstairs but the walls are definitely very thin and creaky floor boards above. Not for families!
5 Star it isn't may have been but now certainly isn't - place is shabby needs a revamp. Bed sheets were stained, floor tiles cracked, grout where it was still present stained, with spacers exposed, paint damaged or missing around skirting boards, shelf fell out of kitchen cupboard when opening causing piece of crockery to smash on floor narrowly missing me, one of storage radiators not working. Bed had ancient lumpy mattress and metal frame creaked constantly. Rusty sink drainage tray and oven trays covered in foil to hide rust/burning, kitchen utensils burnt, filter in kettle melted onto element (replaced on pointing this out) I have stayed in similar accommodation nearby in Malone Apartments which are excellent
apartments were comfortable and warm.
its only a small issue but i would suggest having cooking oil available
Excellent location, and the appartment is well equiped.
I found the appartment quite cold and not very homely.
